Join us for an intimate Wine Cellar Series, an exclusive evening limited to just 12 guests, featuring a refined three-course dinner curated by Chef Thol and expertly paired with French wines selected in collaboration with Auskhmer.
The Wine Cellar Series is an intimate gathering for wine enthusiasts, limited to 12 guests only.
Guests will enjoy a refined three-course dinner prepared by Chef Thol, with each dish carefully crafted to pair with French wines selected in collaboration with Auskhmer and curated by the in-house wine specialists.
Menu
Appetisers include cured salmon carpaccio, chorizo flatbread and deep-fried frog legs
Main course highlights include the chef’s favourite steak and pan-seared sea bass
The cheese selection features truffle Manchego, Comté and Brie, accompanied by fruit, nuts and jam
French wines will be available to order on-site from a curated wine list
