Learn how to craft authentic ramen from broth to toppings in a hands-on culinary workshop.
Discover the art of ramen making in an interactive cooking class led by Chef Louiz. Participants will learn how to prepare a rich broth, create tender chashu and master the techniques behind one of Japan’s most beloved dishes.
The session is suitable for beginners and food lovers alike, with the chance to enjoy the ramen immediately after the class or take it home.
Participants will also receive a ramen recipe card and a chilli oil souvenir.
