Annual General Meeting 2026
The IBC is pleased to invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 11th March 2026 at Rosewood Phnom Penh.
As per the IBC constitution, a quorum of 50% of members, either attending in person or by proxy, is required for the meeting to proceed.
IBC members in good standing, meaning membership fees for 2026 are fully paid, are entitled to one complimentary ticket to attend this event.
Members may request a proxy form or further information by contacting events@ibccambodia.com or via https://t.me/IBCCambodia.
There are 7 seats open for election to the IBC executive board this year. Members interested in standing for election or learning more about the role are encouraged to contact ed@ibccambodia.com.
