This special event has been organised to help promote Khmer culinary arts by highlighting exceptional flavours alongside world-class wines.
Sombok Restaurant wants to demonstrate that the authentic flavours of Khmer cuisine are sophisticated and can pair perfectly with premium beverages. Experience contemporary Khmer cuisine with Chef Pol Kimsan; this Wine & Dine is about showing how our local ingredients and traditional roots can be elevated into a serious fine dining experience. We have spent a lot of time finding the right wine for each of the 5 courses to make sure every bite and sip really complements each other.
If you are curious to see how modern Khmer gastronomy is evolving, or if you just love a really well thought-out meal, we’d love to have you join us. It'll be an intimate night of good food and great wine.
