The programme is delivered across three in-person modules, combining live demonstrations, coaching practice, and structured feedback. Participants complete observed coaching sessions, an oral assessment, and 20 hours of practicum to demonstrate competence aligned with international standards.
Graduates are equipped to coach independently, apply coaching in leadership or organisational contexts, and pursue further professional credentials if desired.
