Carnegie in Cambodia

Steinway artist Julian Gargiulo and Princess Norodom Jenna unite in a special charity concert supporting education initiatives across Cambodia.

Known worldwide as the 'Pianist with the Hair', Julian Gargiulo is a celebrated classical pianist, composer and humourist who has performed at prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall in New York and the Sydney Opera House.

His performances combine virtuosic piano playing with storytelling and humour, creating a unique and engaging concert experience.

This special evening brings the spirit of Carnegie Hall to Phnom Penh, featuring a programme including works by Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Piazzolla and Gargiulo himself.

Concert proceeds will benefit the Cambodia-Japan Friendship School and IL Nodo Onlus NGO, supporting educational initiatives for young people across Cambodia.

Critics have praised Gargiulo’s performances as "dazzling” and “a stunning mastery of the instrument", noting his ability to transform classical concerts into vibrant and entertaining experiences.
